Enrolment process

Step1: complete and sign the application form and send it to us with application fee, copy of passport and one passport size photo

Step2: If your application is successful, we will forward the enrolment agreement and invoice. Once you receive these, you must read and understand the conditions of the enrolment, sign the agreement and send the signed agreement and invoice with payment details. For details on payment, please refer to payment options.

Step3: Once we receive your payment and signed agreement we will forward to you the electronic Conformation of Enrolment (e-CoE) this will register your enrolment in “Provider Registration and International Students Management System (PRISMS)” which will allow the Department of Immigration and Citizenship DIAC to view your enrolment details.

Step4: You will need to submit the E-COE with all required documents mentioned on the student visa application to the Australian High Commission in your country.

Please ensure you have attached the following to your application:

1. One recent passport size photograph
2. Copy of passport pages with personal particulars and Australian visa (if applicable)
3. Copy of English language test result (if relevant)
4. Home stay & Airport pick up application form (if required)
